Ireland Stress

So I just got accepted to UCD and I should be excited but I'm feeling rather stressed... I have to let them know by March 11 and send in 3,000 Euro deposit... Then the balance by May 1. So the problem is that, although I would love to go to Ireland, for financial reasons I would prefer to stay in Canada. I have interviews but obviously I won't find out about them until May at the earliest. Has anyone else been in this situation? How flexible are they with dates and deposits and things? Ugh the stress of med school applications never ends - even when it's good news!
