gelber
I was wondering what the minimum GPA is to retain your acceptance as an IP candidate. McGill med admissions dont seem to specify any cut off GPA post acceptance but they do expect you to maintain 'good academic standing' This seems kind of vague though. Does anyone know if they'll rescind your acceptance if your GPA falls post acceptance? I am kind of paranoid that my GPA this semester will fall below what it was when I applied. MD1400
I was wondering that too, but it doesn't seem like too big a deal since you can show them your final transcript on Aug 19 (Orientation). I doubt they will send you home then.
Riona55
When I called in, the woman told me that if I go from an A+ to an A, A-, I should be fine (these were her words). She said that basically, they just don't want to see people going from an A to a C.
mikkey
I have never actually heard of anyone being kicked out for having senoritis ie getting bad grades the last semester. However, you do need to pass, obviously.
