CD8 Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 Hi, I was just wondering what kind of EC's a person would have to get in by scraping the GPA bottom (irrespective of their MCAT score). From what I've been reading so far, the MCAT doesn't get factored in until after the interview so I don't understand how the #'s add up (AQ/25 + NAQ/25). Even if a person got 25/25 NAQ (impossible!) they still couldn't get 36-42+ to interview. So who are those handful that get in with low a low GPA? medisforme Posted July 22, 2008 Report Share Posted July 22, 2008 If you got 25/25 on NAQ as an IP you would need an 11/25 AQ to get an interview (somewhere in mid to low seventies i guess) or you would need 17/25 as OOP (upper seventies, 80maybe). so i am not sure what you mean by its impossible.
