Where do you carry your palm/handheld?

For those out there that use handhelds - just wondering where is a good spot to carry it? We don't really wear white coats for a lot of rotations and there isn't very good pockets for many dress pants. Do you bring along a handbag? Belt clip? Fanny pack?

 

Any advice/suggestions would be great! Thanks.

I don't wear a white coat either (but handhelds are known to fall out easily when you bend over). Rather I opt for one of those small MEC bags. I find my pocketPC fits nicely in the inside pocket.
