Macster
Are cell phones necessary for medical school? I've never had one, and I've never been to med school, so I'm totally in the dark. Anyone done med school without one? -Macster P.S. I will probably have a VOIP line for my home phone, so I will still be somewhat contactable. P.P.S. Any recommendations for service providers in Montreal (internet, phone, cell)?
justletmein
If you've never had one, what makes you think you need one now? probably better for your work ethic if you're less reachable lol
longwaydown
McGill has a corporate deal with Bell for cell phones, although I had to talk to about 5 different people and threaten to move to Telus before anyone would tell me about it. It's a great plan with lots of minutes for around $35/month. PM me if you want the plan number or anything. For home phone and internet, I've been happier with Videotron than Bell - a bit cheaper and they're more responsive to complaints. They also have basic cable still, which no longer exists with Bell.
