These should be from areas of academic, employment, volunteer, coaching, etc. The form for the referees to use has changed! Please comment on the applicants areas of weakness etc" I thought that was weird from years past. We spend all this time figuring out who would give us a strong reference only to find out that our choice could hurt us. Thank goodness its changed.
