The house is two blocks from the Bathurst subway station and about a 20 minute walk to the main U of T campus. The house is also minutes away from the restaurants and bars in Toronto’s Little Italy. The house is two floors, with two patios, a big modern kitchen, tv room, a games room, air conditioning and in house laundry. The bedroom is very spacious and private since it is the only bedroom located on the top floor. Pictures available upon request. My room is available for sublet starting June 1st and the rent will be $700 (negotiable) Please note that this price includes utilities, cable, phone and internet.
