ohw3i7
Can anyone tell me if professional students receive the Queen Elizabeth II scholarship? And if they do, what the average amount received is? Thanks.
ma_ta
I applied for this scholarship when I was starting university for my undergrad. The scholaraship offers a maximum of $3500 each year as long as you maintain a certain GPA. As far as I know, the scholarship can be renewed for up to 4 years of undergraduate study...since I am entering medicine after 3rd year and I will still be enrolled in an undergraduate program, I think I can recieve it for one more year....I am not sure however if you can apply for the scholarship upon entering professional school just as you can before entering undergrad...If so, then the maximum amount will be $3500 but the funding you recieve will be dependent on your grades
~me~
Hey, I called up my financial aid office with this question a week ago, and they told me that medical students are not eligible for the Queen Elizabeth Scholarship. Apparently it's only for your first undergrad degree. It sucks
