Potential housing option for those attending UT this year

Something for those of you who may be wringing your hands due to the paucity of TO real estate options...

 

Today, as I walked south on St. George from Bloor I noticed a sign outside of Ernescliff College touting residence rooms available. I believe that the sign mentioned that they are currently accepting applications for these rooms. I've no clue as to the quality of the accommodation nor the cost, but being right on St. George, just across from Woodsworth College, it's pretty central. Further, given that Ernescliff College is pretty wee, I'd imagine that they may easily be overlooked by those looking for rooms in the larger residences.
