BStud Posted July 23, 2009 Report Share Posted July 23, 2009 Is it advised that we should fill the 'additional comments' section out? ie reasons for poor grades, poor mcat, comment further and/or clarify on future plans if not accepted to med school or volunteer work or extracurricular??? cheers. sarahd21 Posted July 27, 2009 Report Share Posted July 27, 2009 and if you do have something you need to explain (and it should really be something serious) try to end it on an upwards note. ie, "*insert problem here* really made it difficult for me to obtain good marks in my 1st couple years of university, however I did overcome this and was able to *insert good thing(s) you did here*" this will make you look less like you are whining about your crappy life, because you are ending it positively.
