Jochi1543 Posted September 28, 2009 Report Share Posted September 28, 2009 It's not actually allowed, I offered my 2006 account to someone who missed the deadline after I decided not to apply, and if they find out, they ban you from OMSAS forever, and apparently they WILL find out.
