For Position say for eg I say "Research assistant"- then do I put name of my prof under Employer or Superviser??? Any help would be appreciated! I wanna mail this in today!! Employer: University of Toronto, Department of Biology Supervisor: Dr. John Smith Employer: Tim Horton's Restaurant, Byward Market, Ottawa Supervisor: Mary Jones EDIT: Even for a position such as an RA where the funds come out of your boss' research funds, the University is still the employer, it's just that your salary is paid for by grant money as opposed to institutional money.
