Applying to UdeM Med

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I am an anglophone student at McGill. I'm currently completing my 3rd year in Anatomy and Cell Biology with a cumulative GPA of 3.77. I am working on my french speaking ability so that I will be more comfortable at the interviews (if I get one). What I would like to know is what the range of GPAs they're looking for at UdeM. Is there a way to roughly predict what sort of CRC I have? And does anyone know if Anat. and Cell Biology is considered to be a "strong" program in terms of CRC calculation?

Thanks!

UdeM does not publish their "difficulty scale" the way ulaval does (or used to at least).

Anat + Cell biology is probably somewhere in the middle though. I think you definitely could get an interview ...

You will also have to pass the french test with 85%, so maybe brush up on the grammar as well.

In any case, it costs very little to apply, and UdeM requires NO essay, NO letters of reference.... so basically its a joke (in my opinion LOL)
