If you go into the ecurriculum under Unit 1 there is a list of books. Does anyone know if the McGill bookstore carries all the recommended books? If not, where is the best place to go? Thanks.

Im pretty sure the bookstore has all the books there. I however strongly advise that you do NOT buy any books, because frankly you don't need them. Wait until you start and see how good the notes are... and please dont tell me you want to read ahead of time to prepare, cuz then i'll scream.
