I have been trying to install the Toronto Notes 2010 application (.alx file) onto my BlackBerry Bold 9700 using the Desktop Manager. Unfortunately, I always get the message "This application is not compatible with your device and cannot be loaded." Does anyone have the same problem? I looked for a solution on the BlackBerry forums and tried a couple of things, but without success. I would very much appreciate some advice.
