I have heared rumors about this, but went to the MCC site and no where does it say with USMLE 1,2 or 3 are you exempted from passing MCCQE in order to get LMCC. You can get provincial license without LMCC if you have USMLEs but then there are additional hurdles to overcome to practice independently.
