It is an older, academic, male couple and as a female I had no problem living with them. They are fun and fairly quiet. It's not a party house but good for someone who is keen on being able to study (I've gotten 4.0's since living here). -It is about a 15 min walk to the train and a 5 min train to right in front of the UofA hospital (Southgate neighbourhood). -15 min walk to the mall and grocery store -Safe neighbourhood (I run late at night all the time). -It is the master bedroom incl. a half bathroom (basement was renovated for their bedroom) -Room can come furnished (big bed, nightstand, dresser) or unfurnished -There have been tons of renovations to the house - the house is really nice:) -They have 2 small, adorable puppies -All amenities are included in the rent incl. tv, phone, long distance, electric, water, paper products -Parking in front of house -Available August 1st I have loved living here.
