I've written it twice (once in 2007 and once in 2009) so I've accumulated almost every single book out there from sympathetic friends. Send me a PM if you're interested in any of the books below and we'll discuss pricing. Some of the books are scribbled and highlighted all over while some are brand new. I'd prefer not to ship as it is a massive book and might not be worth it for you but I'll swing by the post office on Monday and ask how much it is to ship and send you a PM with the amount.
