Room available short-term in Edmonton

I have a room available in my Edmonton condo, close to downtown. On the bus line to U of A (10-min bus ride), 15-min walk to LRT (can also ride a bus there), 10-min walk to downtown proper; street parking. Right by a mall with a Safeway. The room is furnished with a twin bed, desk, chair, and an older dresser. There's also a sliding door closet with mirrors. There's no TV, but there's wireless. There are cats in the apartment. Rent is $160/wk including utilities.

 

The room is available any time between September and January. PM if interested (I might take a few days to reply, don't worry).
