sticky1
Hi. What does Thymidine incorporation refers to? I have this graph and on the y axis has Thymidine incorporation with units of (x10^3 cpm)? Does anyone what it could be refering to? Maybe cytokine production?? Maybe cytokine production?? measures of any incorporation is usually dealing with radio-labelled substances. Therefore, cpm likely refers to counts per minute, the amount of radiation that is detected (which is proportional to the amount of incorporated thymidine)
andyng85
Depending on the context... but probably provides a measure of DNA replication/cell proliferation etc.
