For me, I have already overdosed on "matzah" (the traditional passover food - a substitute for bread...it's like cardboard but more commonly known as unleavened bread...) Guest Kirsteen Posted April 22, 2003 Report Share Posted April 22, 2003 Hi there, I don't know if you guys have tried this brand, but a friend of mine recommended that I pick up some Aviv matzah. She mentioned that the stuff normally arrives on the store shelves at around Passover but then flies out the door. I did manage to grab some at Loblaws a month or so ago and it's just delicious--probably even better a la pizza mode. Neat culinary tip!
