Due Dates... and References

Hi everyone, Im wondering if you guys could answer a few questions that I have about mcgill

 

1) Is the application due on the 15th at 11:59 PM?

 

2) when is the reference letter due?

 

3) Lastly, does McGill need to receive the transcript BY Nov 15th, or does it need to be sent BY 15th?
