I am also starting residency this year. I found this series to be so refreshing, sort of like the anti-praise that doctors normally get. That being said...the guy is really extreme. Like I also strongly dislike the attitude of "I love meds it is the best thing in the world and the only career Id ever want to do!" But this guy is so polar-opposite that, that I find it to reach a similar sense of almost parody. Its interesting to hear the other side, but to me its just the other side of the extreme/crazy scale.

Agreed, I've often read posts by iFinding and thought he might benefit from seeing a Psychiatrist.
