What are the time frames that one should be spending on Bio, Phy and Verbal passages to allow for adequate time to breathe in between?

You don't really want to take a breather between passages. Chances are that you'll be done a section with very little time left to spare. If you want a breather, make good use of the 10-minute breaks you get between sections.

Oh true- OK within each section for example Verbal 60 min for 40 question.. I should aim to have each passage done in around 7-8 mins?

 

What about Bio? Phys?

From what I remember all the sections except for the writing section have 7 passages. So yes, about 8 minutes for verbal and about 10 minutes for biological and physical sciences. However, the biological and physical sciences also have 13 discrete questions not tied to any passage that you want to get out of the way quickly.
