Guest avisee
When considering your GPA (ie, when assessing candidates post-interview), does McGill look specifically at the marks in prerequisite courses (like schools out West, which use Overall and Prereq GPA scores when ranking applicants)? Basically, I meet the cutoff, but have a bad mark in one of the prereq courses. If I were to be interviewed, would this come into play in my ranking, or do they just use the overall GPA (more like the Ontario system: as long as you have the course, your mark in it doesn't matter aside from how it contributes to overall GPA)? Guest medicator007
McGill uses the cGPA system and takes into account all of your courses and not specifically pre-reqs. To the best of my knowledge, as long as you pass them you are ok. Medicator
