vanillalatte
Hello! I was wondering if anyone has any experience with living overseas and flying back to Canada for interviews? I applied to quite a few schools in Ontario and out West and am kind of worried about how many times I might have to fly back from Europe (where I will be living this year). Is there usually any flexibility to put the interviews on similar weekends or within a couple of weeks of each other?
thatonekid
I don't know about the flying overseas part, but as for interview scheduling, most schools have interviews around the same time and they have multiple interview dates. I think it's reasonable to say that you will be able to arrange to have interviews in a short time period to accommodate your travels.
some gurl
I was in your exact situation last year. The schools I dealt with were understanding and tried to accommodate me as best they could. As soon as you find out where your interviews are, email them and then be PATIENT! It sucks not being able to book flights right away but trust that they will try to help. Good luck!
