Invited to Interview at Cornell University

Hey everyone,

I've been fortunate enough to have been invited to interview at Cornell University, whose medical school is based out of New York City. I will be travelling there in mid-December. I live in Edmonton and my Bachelor of Science degree is from the University of Alberta.

I am seeking any useful advice on how to leave a positive impression when I interview. They do not use MMIs. Here is a description of the process from the admissions website:

"The day's activities will include: Two interviews with members of the Committee on Admissions. The interviews, scheduled for 30 minutes each, are designed to provide you with an opportunity to discuss your decision to pursue a career in medicine, your preparation for medical school, and your life interests and experiences."

Please give me any advice on how I could better prepare for this process. Thank you!
