I honestly have trouble sometimes comprehending the fact, that the universe is so massive and that it has existed for billions of years. In comparison, our life is so short. Seventy years of life? Sixty? Eighty? It's really not much.

Indeed, life is good! With the scientific, technological advances in the last 100 years, with the medical advances in the last 10 years, I cannot begin to imagine the advances in the next 100 years, let alone in the next 1,000 years. Future generations will look back at our life expectancy and laugh.
