Aria
Are there any consequences to taking a fifth year to complete your degree? I am thinking of doing research for a semester instead of class and then completing my degree in five years and I just anted to know if this would be a bad idea. Thanks! Kyleh
Many people end up doing a fifth year... no, you won't be looked at poorly as long as 60% of your course load is third or fourth year courses.
kylerl
You only need to adhere to the 3/5 rule if you plan on using the extra year as one of your two years for gpa calculation.
