cutter4735 Posted April 14, 2012 Report Share Posted April 14, 2012 Hi, For the last 4 years Ive been on 40mg of Oxycotin 4 times per day. Now each time I take one I start getting very itchy with craling skin and then my head starts pounding and I cannot stand the light. Now my tongue has begun swelling and my throat seemed to get real dry and hard. Taking an anthistamen helps but makes me very tierd and I just cannot function. I cannot go see my Doctor for two weeks. Are my symtoms life threatening? Is there a medicing I could switch to that would have the same pain killing action as The Oxy 40mg?
