T_A
It's a bit terrifying they don't give you any type of clue about the size, movement, and relative position of applicants in the waiting list. I was just wondering who here has been wait-listed (present or past)? And what information have you been able to find about the current and past waiting lists? Do I pester them now, or wait till the June 1st deadline?

T_A
they don't tell you your number on the waitlist?(they do that for pt..) Yea, they say it's "not their policy to discuss waitlist positions with applicants". So I'm just worried that they over-accept candidates expecting some to drop out, and don't really use the waitlist much.
Korneleus
I contacted UofT and this is what they said: ''Waiting list movement is completely unpredictable and many people remove themselves from the waiting list over the next couple of weeks. By the middle of June, we will have a better idea of waiting list prospects.'' No help whatsoever.

teed33
had to decline my offer at UofT OT at the last minute, due to high rent/living costs of living in Toronto But that should make the waiting list move quicker!

I used to pay $510 a month for my old room in Kensington and it was huge. The landlord did the bare minimum to make the place livable, but who cares when it's that cheap and in that good of a location. This was just two years ago... T_A
The UofT list is moving! ...still have no idea how big it is or where my position was, but at least two people in this forum (Mcdonaldburger and myself) got in. Good luck to everyone out there! PS: and I was looking forward to UofT mostly because I have family here already. Mama's house (and cooking), here I come!
