My friend who's been at Mac for the last few years said it takes a while to update the websites--meaning that many of the places that aren't listed really opened up at the beginning of may but just haven't been posted. Thats what I heard too. Also, apparently some houses are not posted on the offcampus housing site because they have to pay a fee to do so.
