I am looking for a roommate between September 1st (or earlier) and August 31st. Please see details herein: 2 rooms available in a newly renovated home! Walking distance to grocery store, Starbucks, transit. Small Bedroom: $500.00 plus utilities (utilities cost equate to $110 - $140/month) Large Bedroom: $560 plus utilities Parking Included!!
