They have only revised the date 3 times already - aug 31, sept 10, sept 21 and still nothing. Welcome to the world of dealing with government agencies

When I try to find a specific program (any program) at any university in Quebec in order to add it to my list of applications, IT SIMPLY DOESN'T FIND ANY, as if they didn't exist. This doesn't seem to be a problem for other universities in Canada (I already applied in Ottawa). Does anyone else have the same problem?!
