Apparently some schools have been sending out rolling invites. I know I've received a couple invites days after it appeared in the thread. I am not sure it is even "rolling" in the sense that if someone drops they will fill it with someone else. The only program I've heard from friends that had given out 2 rounds of invites is Edmonton Family. All programs I have heard from give till the first-second week of January to respond. It must be rolling. My buddy got an interview to a program and then I did two days later. I think they look at the pictures and do the ugly ones first.
