just admitted to a 3 years physical rehab program

I am now in a analytical chemistry program in a college. The reason I chose this program is that there are lots of job vacancies in the market, though the stating wage is only 13/hr. I have just got admitted into the physical rehab progam in the same college, and I was told the wage is higher,about 25/hr. it's just the job asks for French and is not easy to land on a full time job. I don't know whether I should go for this profession, any one has an opinion about the physical rehab technician job?
