Unless you meet their rules - living in province for 12 months not as a student prior to starting (assuming you weren't originally from ontario etc). Ah, well that makes my decision to buy a car a lot easier then So since I won't be living in Ontario "not as a student" ever, that means I wouldn't be able to apply for OSAP in years 2 and 3 either?
