My application is complete but the reference letters are still not received yet. When I talked to my referees, I emphasized a lot on the deadline which is Oct 1st. Does NOSM consider your application incomplete if OMSAS did not receive the reference letters by Oct 1? and are you disqualified because of that? Thanks everyone in advance! OMSAS gets a LOT of mail traffic at this point of the app cycle. It will take them a while to update your profile to say that they received letters from your referees.
