Now, if you want to think about the situation in current context, think of what they are doing in Africa.

 

They can't get the most current most effective drugs so they are treating with AZT by itself. Also, they aren't able to get everyone to take the right doses at the right times etc, so they are basically hugely increasing the resistance of the virus to AZT.

 

Should they be doing this? or should they do nothing?
