thsc
You can say, I worked in a team to do x,y,z, and so on but that's so boring and I'm really not sure what they're expecting to hear or find out about you.
Fleming
I'd touch upon the challenges of working in a team setting, and how best to handle them.
MathToMed
What role did you play in the team? Were you a leader or a follower (or both)? Do you appreciate different team dynamics and diversity? What were some of the challenges? Did you ever have a conflict and how did you work through it? Friendly Magpie
MathToMed said it all. You can say that you worked on a team of people and talk about the group dynamics, whether or not there were any conflicts (and how they were resolved), what role you took on the team, etc. You can also state what you would do in the future to proactively prevent any problems that a team might face. xkittens
Lmao excellent thread title You could probably get away with talking about a time you worked with 1 or 2 other people if you spun it the right way. Last resort might just be talking about your lab partner?
