Obviously a competitive program to get into, but are there programs that are clearly ahead of the pack in terms of the experience and exposure residents get during this precious one year?

 

I've been choosing to do electives at schools that I would attend and that also have more seats than avg as I "just want to get in" but lately I've been wondering about variations in quality of resident education so thought I'd pose the above question.
