Orpas Resume

Hi, the instruction booklet states that ORPAS reference number should be included in the resume for Queen's and U of T. The resume should also have 1 inch margin. Can I write the Orpas reference number as a header? Also, should there be a cover page with name of applicant for both Queen's and U of T? Orpas told me to contact the universities but they are out of office till the first week of January.

I think it's fine to use a header as long as your resume content is not above the 1 inch margin. UofT does not mention a cover page, so I don't think it's required.
