The exact phrasing was "...We may (and I think likely will) increase [the CARS cutoff] next year. Time will tell" I agree - the CARS score they used as a cut-off for OOP was generous this year. It (127) is lower than previous years in both percentile rank and if directly "translated" over as a 10.
