MDwannabe02 Posted July 10, 2016 Report Share Posted July 10, 2016 My interpretation of NOSM's mandate is identifying community needs and a willingness (or rather, enthusiasm) in fulfilling these needs. I think this is almost verbatim from their website or the OMSAS handbooks over the years. So if you can show you're an active community member in your ABS, I believe it will work to your favour.
