kin12345
Hey! Does anyone know how to convert grades from a percentage to a GPA? Also, how do you know which Ontario schools use a 4.0 scale or a 4.33 scale (ex: UofT, McMaster, Queens, Western...) Thank you!
User001
In regards to your first question, google "u of t calculate gpa" and the second link should be a pdf from utsc. It's titled "How to calculate GPA." And for your second query, omsas has a gpa pdf: https://www.ouac.on.ca/docs/omsas/c_omsas_b.pdf
crystal93
When you apply to Ontario PT/OT schools through ORPAS they convert your GPA to a 4.0 scale. That ORPAS-calculated GPA and subGPA get sent to all the PT/OT schools you apply to.
kin12345
Thanks for the help! Another question regarding GPA: do they only give GPAs for every tenth of a point (ex: 3.60, 3.70, 3.80....)? OR do they calculate it to the hundredth decimal (ex: 3.84, 3.96, 3.66....)?
