Meeting Pt Prerequisites

Hey guys, I am applying to Queens, Western, McMaster, and U of T for PT. All of them require a half course equivalent of anatomy including musculoskeletal, visceral, and neurological but my school does two half credit equivalents to meet this requirement. Does anyone know how I am supposed to include my two half credits to meet the requirement of this one half course equivalent?

 

Also I feel as if my course calendar is not detailed enough to meet the requirements, any tips on uploading a good document to ORPAS to show through my course outlines that my courses do meet the requirements?
