Personal Interview and Simulated Patient Video Exercise

For those who have interviewed at Mac previously, was your personal interview experience more of a "get to know you" or were there a number of ethical / current events type questions? Furthermore, how long were you given to complete the written exercise following the simulated patient video?

 

Any information would be much appreciated.

Personally,I felt like my interview was more of a 'get to know you' and I didn't have crazy ethical questions, but I know that many of my classmates did...I guess it just depends on who interviews you, I really don't know.

 

As for the video, it is 5-6 minutes long and then there are questions which you need to answer about the video, and you are given 25 minutes exactly to answer the questions.

Is the video theme like an interaction between doctor/patient? Is it always clinically based or can it be about anything?

 

Any other info that you can publically share without overstepping the boundary of confidentiality?
