It seems you get a score /10 based on your overall score. As to whether or not they pay attention to individual sections after that and weight that in to their post-interview decision is not really known. I am guessing they dont care about individual sections, as long as you pass their cutoff (i.e. only one section 125 if OOP) etc. Scroll through these forums if you wanna find out the average MCAT or how they score it, its been answered many times.
