Which PT schools have the 5-7 year recency prerequisite rule ?

I did most of my schooling a long time ago. My prerequisites are probably past the 7 year mark. I know UofT has a rule where your prerequisitres have to be from the past 5 years, does anybody know if other universities like UofAlberta, McGill,  Western, Queens and Dalhousie have this requirement?
