garceyues
Does Ottawa assess differently if you are an out of province applicant? Someone told me that there is a higher cutoff for out of province applicants, but I cannot seem to find where it says that on their site.

The cut-offs also depend on geographical location, read here . Quote Each year, a minimum weighted grade point average (WGPA) is set for the current application pool. The required minimum WGPA is 3.50/4.00 and upwards according to the following list of categories (not necessarily in this order): Anglophone stream (varies according to the different geographical status) You can email them to learn the cut-off for your stream and location.
